3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tallahassee, Fl - New Leaf Market - 11.2 oz bottle. Pours a murky dark yellow with a delicate snow white head that leaves a nice filmy lacing. Lemony, grassy aroma - very fresh. Flavor has some spicy notes - saffron comes to mind. Lemon, yeast, a bit of raw cake dough. Mouthfeel has just the right amount of spritz. Pretty decent.

Flaske 0,33l delt med Rune på Bierbrasserie Cambrinus i Brugge 4 Mai 11. Gylden. Lavt skum. Ekstrem tyggegummiaroma. Smaken søt fruktig bitter. Gjennomført kunstig preg. Ikke god.

11/29/11. 11.2oz bottle... didn’t realize how often I was scrolling past this tick. Hazy orange pour with a slightly off-white head that is big, fluffy, and sticky, with plenty of lacing. The aroma is of light yeast character - slight banana and bubble gum - with fruity esters, candy sugar, and a touch of metal. Slightly sweet candy sugar flavor as well with lingering dry aspects. Reminds a but of a tripel. Could be worse.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy deep golden colour with a big white head, which diminishes relative quickly to a thin film.
Tart, citrus-fruity aroma escorted by honey and herbals underpainted by light alcohol.
The medium kinded, tart and dry finish brings citrusses and peppery, warming alcohol along, which leaves a tart aftertaste behind.
Nicely balanced and easy drinkable.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bready, doughy aroma. Pours opaque golden color with extraordinarily frothy head. Very light on the front with light sweetness, but finishes mildy bitter and a little salty. Very light body with thin texture with average carbonation. Finishes bitter and abruptly. Overall a fair beer. Not overwhelming experience.

Bottle at a pub in Lier, Belgium. It poured a hazy yellow-golden liquid with a big white head. Fruity and yeasty smell with some spices. Similar taste but with a pinch of hops. Surprisingly well made, easy to drink with a dangerously high ABV that I hardly noticed.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Aroma of yeast. Kind of a pear smell too. Taste has some musty, dusty yeast to it. Bit of a apple taste I think, kind of a red delicious flavor. Bit of bread too. Overall a fruity yeasty taste, I really like this beer! Very tasty considering the ABV. I don’t think I’d get this over another Belgian Strong Ale considering in these parts it’s fairly expensive (like 5-6 bucks per 12 oz) but it’s definitely a really good beer. 8% alcohol.
