From 750ml corked and caged bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color with thick foam like fluffy head that sticks around and leaves great lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast, black peppercorn, apples, and bananas. Tastes of all the same things that are in the smell with a mildly bitter finish. Mouthfeel is light to medium and very chewy and very well carbonated almost reminds me of champagne as far as the carbonation. It also finishes dry. This is a really good Belgian golden ale. Nothing really sets it apart from other ones but Belgian beers are my favorite so it doesn’t take much to please. Definitely has one of the best heads and most lively carbonation I’ve seen for a Belgian ale.

Hazy golden colour, big head that sticks to glass, always a ring on the surface. Smell of ripe fruits, spices, bnanas, maybe coriander. Medium body and carbonation. Taste of fruits, bananas, apples, peaches, some spices, maybe coriander. Palate is more on the sweet side, though ther’e some astringency. Really good.

Bright blond beer with a good big white head, medium carbonation. Tastes Belgian malt, sweet fruit, little hoppy and bitter herbs (coriander). Nice beer, nothing wrong with that.

Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB 25/11/2016, large sample. Hazy golden color, big rocky white head. Aroma of flowery hop, bit citric and floral, slight peppery, some green apple, coriander. Soft bitterness in taste, bit grainy sweetness, spicy. Slight alcohol touch. High carbonation. Bit too much coriander and green apple. Decent strong blonde though.
