Bardzo smaczne treściwe mocne piwo belgijskie. Moc alkocholu lekko wyczuwalna zarůwno w smaku jak i zapachu. Jednak zdecydowanie dominują nuty karmelowe. Piwo treściwe i sycące

Wheaty white and sour aroma. wow. incredibly clean pear cider white color. with poppy white head. Much more balanced than I thought it would taste. Bit of a citrus zing a first but quickly reveals hints of pear, butter and cinnamon in the aftertaste. This is a beautifully complex beer.

zeer lekker Aroma met een kruidige frisse smaak met een ligt droge afdrong. Je kan hem goed vergelijken met de Gouden Carolus Tripple.

A little hazy pale yellow colored beer, with a white head. The aroma of fruity malts like citrus and yeast.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color. Thick foamy head. Flavor is initially very fruity and lively, middle is mellow bread and yeast, fades into a candi sugar mild hop finish. Sweet and lively on the palate. Lots of residual sugars. Quite tasty.

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2013 (15/03/2011) bottle@Paterís Vaetje: yellow with fluffy/creamy head, served in a nice Lucifer snifter glass, slightly sweet, spicy/dry hops, fruits (bit of apple, minor pears), freshly baked bread, bubblegum, dry ending & overall dry, hint bitter finish, better than Duvel //// Tried an aged 75 of this one, bit more straightforward & touch less invigorating than I remember, still solid, prefer Duvel these days over this one

Bottle. Aroma of yeast. Kind of a pear smell too. Taste has some musty, dusty yeast to it. Bit of a apple taste I think, kind of a red delicious flavor. Bit of bread too. Overall a fruity yeasty taste, I really like this beer! Very tasty considering the ABV. I donít think Iíd get this over another Belgian Strong Ale considering in these parts itís fairly expensive (like 5-6 bucks per 12 oz) but itís definitely a really good beer. 8% alcohol.

I like this much better than most of the others rating it. Cloudy golden color with a fluffy white head. Funky, yeasty nose with some ester character. Apples and white grape palate. Clean, but an almost tannic finish.

Solid Belgian Golden. Aromas of honey and fruit with a touch of yeast. Deep golden with a pillowy white head. Balanced but a little towards the sweet side. Medium plus body with lively carbonation and a crisp finish.

From 750ml corked and caged bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color with thick foam like fluffy head that sticks around and leaves great lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast, black peppercorn, apples, and bananas. Tastes of all the same things that are in the smell with a mildly bitter finish. Mouthfeel is light to medium and very chewy and very well carbonated almost reminds me of champagne as far as the carbonation. It also finishes dry. This is a really good Belgian golden ale. Nothing really sets it apart from other ones but Belgian beers are my favorite so it doesnít take much to please. Definitely has one of the best heads and most lively carbonation Iíve seen for a Belgian ale.
