[cask at the Hanging Bat, Edinburgh] Deep rich brown colour, with a large white head. Aroma is sweet, caramel-led, with plenty more on the taste. Soft caramel and toffee, touch of marzipan. The whole thing reminds me almost of marshmallow – Stuart is the best I know at producing these warm, satisfying, caramel beers. This is another belter [03012013]

cask at the Tap ... light copper ... thin off white head ... sweet juicy hop ... light red licorice ... reminds me of spangles ... softr fruits ... very sweet ... light toffe e ... softr fruits and again spangles ... maybe a little ovcer sweet but i love it.
