12.17.2011 - Houston, TX Bottle Awesome bottle. Not much to the beer. Somewhat similar to a Heinaken.

Bottled in green, but remarkably not skunked. Impressive bottle. Honey malt aroma and flavor with very little to no hop aroma or bittering. Sweet malt-liquor finish, not overtly cloying. Iím told, itís typical, even good, for a Chinese-style lager, as served in China. -Source... my Chinese in-laws. Iíll call it good, and it will fill the hole in someoneís palate, even mine on certain occasions. And I might even be back to it several times. Just not a beer I would drink every day. Try it... youíll do your best to find something wrong with it...

Golden lager yellow with a thin white head. Skunky sweet sewage aroma and taste. Thin, flat and oily, extremely low hopped .Amazingly bad, but I did manage to consume it all, and didnít die, so I guess itís LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

Poured a golden hue with a big head that faded fast. Nose is terribly sweet and that follows through on the palate. Amazingly bad.

Nicely designed bottle pours a pale straw color with a finger and a half of white head which settles slowly and leaves very little lacing on glass. Aroma is grainy with a skunky edge to it. Taste is light grain sweetness with a mild hop bitterness in the finish with some skunky flavors. Not a good beer in any way.

330ml Buddha shaped bottle. Itís a little creepy really. Pours urine yellow, crystal clear with a finger of white head that does last a little. Smells like roadkill, skunk to be exact, with a slightly sugary edge. You can smell the skunk as soon as you pop the cap. Tastes like....slightly sweet water. Thereís really nothing else to it at all. Itís probably too heavy and cloying to even be good lawnmower beer.

12 oz. bottle. Shared with multiple others at brew club. Pours a thin white head, over a clear, yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is light cereal....taste is mild cereal, with a hint of bitterness...mouth feel watery, carbonation high. This is a poor quality beer even in this awful style. BJCP 4/3/6/3/4

Watered down mass produced beer. Pours light yellow with a white head. Ok with cheap chinese food but Tsing Tao is better...and that ainít saying much. Comes in a buddha shaped bottle that would probably make good salt and pepper shakers so itís not a total loss.
