Bottle. A nice one at that. Pale yellow no head. Slight metalic aroma. Fizzy. Tastes metalic with a hint of citrus. Not very nice at all.

Skunky wheat & hay in the nose, a little honey. Flavor is water wheat, lemon. More of that lemony wheat in the finish. I’m a big fan of the bottle though.

I had this beer for the first time at, appropriately enough, a casino in Las Vegas. We all patted the buddha belly on the cute molded bottle. Maybe it helped me at the roulette wheel, I dunno... Easy drinking.

In Chinatown. A not good but not offensive bland pale lager. Washes down the food well. Didn’t seem overly adjuncty. Serving: Bottle

It was good nothing special. Very light, you notice the little hints of honey but through and through just a basic beer.

Bouteille verte 330ml.

Bottle @ The Coulard Bar, Lossiemouth [060413]
Golden, clear, thin white head
Aroma - soft skunk, slight earthy aroma, light corn malt, hint of cereal
Taste - light sweet pale cereal malts, cereal, little going on but it isn’t too bad tbh
Palate - Medium to high carb, sweet pale malt palate. Finish is clean, soft sweet linger
Overall - Slightly better than the usual rubbishy macro lager - slightly sweeter

Bottle from the LCBO. Um, it has a cool looking Buddha shaped bottle... But that's about all it has going for it. The liquid inside the bottle was just foul. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear light yellow with a white head. Aroma and flavor is full of grain notes and nothing else. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Very bland.

Pours yellow with a thin white head that’s gone in short order. Aroma is hay and pale malt with maybe a hint of corn. Flavor is rather sweet, followed by a sour corn type flavor. Medium bodied for such a light beer. Slightly fizzy carbonation. Not a bad beer. I’d take one over any mass-produced American piss any day. Besides, the bottle is cool!

Bottle - unable to pour out of bottle to look at, sweet light malty aroma and flavor, pretty typical import pale lager taste, mild fruity notes - added points for the cool Buddha shaped bottle! Just wish the actual beer was half as good as the bottle. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
