1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Lack-luster brew with nothing notable to distinguish it from the masses. Really the only thing it has going for it is the marketing in the Buddha bottle.

0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20
This is possibly the worst beer I’ve ever had. Skunky and fizzy. Not good. Terrible mouthfeel. Yuk.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
11.2 oz green bottle.
Pours a clear straw color. Not a great head. Leaves a little lacing as I swish.
Aroma is slightly skunky. It smells similar to Heineken. It has a slightly different aroma than most lagers. Not a lot of malt, not a lot of hops. Eh, interesting.
Tastes a lot like Heineken. It?s very carbonated. Its slightly honey like. It?s clean and smooth and light. Honey is dominate, but the malt comes in later. The malt is light.
Mouthfeel is quite light. Its clean and refreshing. Its very smooth. No bitterness at all.
Overall its pretty good. I like it. Honestly I bought it because the cool bottle caught my eye. Thats no reason to buy a beer, but I guess I got lucky on this one. Its not bad. If you?ve had Heineken, you?ve had this.

1.1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Novelty bottle. It was skunked. Cardboard up front with a slight spicy hop finish that is overwhelmed by the skunk. The only lucky part is that I only bought a single. Stay away from this one.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle @ Aroi Thai, Shrewsbury. Really did not expect to try a new beer when trying out this new Thai restaurant but here it is. Surprisingly nice actually. Sweet, tasty and easy-drinking. Can’t really say more than that. Even had two.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Green glasses, curvaceously-figured 11.16 fl oz bottle (ooh, a pedant in the labeling department!). Nose is not really skunked, but there’s a lot of grain, stale air, earth, touch of cardboard. Just not clean and vibrant like you’d want. Poured into a glass, very pale yellow with below-average carbonation and a dull soapy white head -- dishwater blonde all around. Taste smooth and somewhat soft with mild carbonation, touch dirt/oil, floral sweet notes, almost no bitterness, touch toasted earth in the bg with fainter corn, some malt flavor. Medium-full body satisfies, but also bloats. On the whole, better and easier-drinking than most of its peers (though we’ll see about the headaches).

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Clear light gold. Big aroma of Pilsner malt, honey, and some ginger. Very sweet sugary taste up front that fades to bland, watery corn syrup. Awful. Drain pour.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
Aroma: Medium-light grainy.
Appearance: Brilliant light gold body. Small white head, low retention.
Flavour: Medium grainy, sweet. Medium-light bitterness. Dry finish, light astringency.
Mouthfeel: Light body. Medium-high carbonation. Light carbonic sting.
Overall: The astringency makes the beer difficult to drink. Otherwise clear, crisp, refreshing. The graininess is a bit too string.
330 ml bottle, poured.
