12 oz bottle pours amber with a off white head. Aroma is malt, spice and a hint of sweetness. Taste is pretty much the same. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a reddish orange color with white head. Caramel, grainy, earthy aromas. Caramel, malty, cereal, slight tangy flavors. Not too great.

Bottle. Clear copper amber pour with basically no head. Aroma is caramel malt with a bit of earthiness. Palate is lighter and clean. Taste is malty but a bit stale. Not great.

Ar: A touch of caramel, and a hint acidic. Ap: Deep amber-orange, clear - medium white head with good retention and a thin cap of lacing. T: Lots of green apple, acrid sourness - can’t taste much else because of the prominence of those flavors. P: Medium-light body, medium-high carbonation - finish is dry. O: Looks like something went wrong with the brewing here.

My first out and out miss from Lucky Bucket. Caramel orange, smooth, dense head. Bready, toasty, caramel aroma. So far, so good. Flavor is caramel and bread, then some unwelcome stale notes and butter. Lots of butter as it warms. Ugh. Will try again, I guess, if I can find it. On Tap, Sunspot.

Bottle. Light orange-amber color. What I am about to say is meant as a great compliment. This beer reminds me of the old Miller Lowenbrau. It was my favorite beer when I was a young man and I really miss it.

Pint on tap. Clear amber-copper with a lasting disc of creamy foam. Nose is tart fruit (mostly apple, with some white grape), light caramel, and some dry grain. Tastes of stale sour apple, dry cereal with a faint touch of caramel, and a finish of dry brittle grass. Near medium body has medium carbonation and is lightly astringent.

On tap at the Crescent moon. Pours light amber with an off-white head and very large carbonation bubbles. Muted grainy aroma. The flavor is very much like the pre-prohibition lager except it has a fruity element to it. Finishes with a harsh aftertaste very reminiscent of the pre-prohibition lager.
