2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Gold w/ white head. Grassy hop aroma. Pretty mediocre pale lager. Nothing too special...although itís better than any macro. Notes of barley malt, grassy hops and something like black pepper on the finish. It is what it is...a easy drinking clean lager. Ok everyday drinking brew. Wonít buy again though...there are P.L.ís I enjoy more.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is grains with some caramel. Iím not really liking the aroma here. Taste is bread, slight fruitiness, touch of a caramel. Nice balance to the flavor here. Pretty light bodied. Better than I had expected. Thanks atom!

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
12oz bottle poured into a tumbler glass.
Clear amber-copper color with a quickly gone small white head.
Caramel malt aroma with some rotten apples and faint hops.
Sweetish malt flavors, with low bitterness and slight tartness.
Light-med body, some nice crispness and overall drinkable but far from great.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
hazy honey color with a small dense head. Aroma of sour grapes or apples, some yeast, some malt. Taste of light caramel with a very pronounced tart "twang". Bitter-sour palate. I like sour beers, so I got along well with this one, but I think it might be spoiled a bit. Or at least if the tartness is intentional itís a unique interpretation of the style.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz bottle: Pours a light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is doughy and bready, not much going on. Taste is a smooth lager with a slightly spicy side, possibly corriander. Easy to drink, but not very complex or interesting.

2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
A clear golden orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is malt, corn, and grass. The flavor is slightly sweet corn and fruity hops. Very thin body, not a terrible lager.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Yeasts, cereal grains, hops all encompassed by a slightly sour and bitter flavor. Couldíve gone without the sourness though. Itís easy to drink but there are better simpler tasting beers out there

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
Boston Lager glass from twist-off bottle. Pours somewhere between amber and gold. Thin head. Aroma is faint. Good grain flavor, minimal hop character (for both aroma and flavor); mostly sweet flavors of chocolate and nuts. Kind of like a watered-down amber lager. Weak body. This is easy to drink, from a mouthfeel/viscosity standpoint, but lacking in the fullness quality that the best session lagers have. It honestly seems like itís been diluted.

1.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Amber-gold pour. Not much aroma. Not much flavor either.
Brewerís description claims "aromatic" - far from it.
The fourth and most disappointing selection from the beer of the month club. Probably time to cancel.
