COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lucky Bucket Pre‐Prohibition Lager has an updated craft brewer’s twist as its signature: it’s dry‐hopped with a fresh blend of aromatic hops. The dry hopping schedule is a unique hop mix that was derived from numerous tests and private samplings. The resulting blend includes aromatic Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo hops.

Thanks to Cavie for sharing this bottle. Gold with a white head. Aroma is grass and bready malt. Flavor is the same with some orange citrus notes. Thin, watery mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

(12oz bottle thanks to Cavie) clear amber, effervescent in the glass, ring of off-white head. Nose is very sweet, oddly a bit tart, and raw grain. Taste is also a bit tart, orange, lacking in flavor overall, but some buttery components here also. Thin body and thin on palate flavor, well carbonated though.

Bottle - gift from my wife’s co-worker. Amber pour with a short white head. Aroma is malty and slightly sweet with grains and light hops. Taste is malty and grainy with a light sourish twang and soft fruit notes. Grass and straw come through as well. Body is light-medium with soft carbonation. Ends with more grains, sweet malt, a light sour fruit twang and and a touch of grassy hops.

Gold pour with a watery white head. Sour corn and light caramel malt. Sweet malt and perfumy hops. Light medium bodied and fizzy. Not much but not bad.

Bottle - fizzy, clear dark copper - nose of copper, grain husks, light DMS and a mild sourness - not promising so far - prickly acidity up front, followed by some corn, husky grains, light butter, light sourness - metallic finish - terrible.

A little bready/grainy flavor to it, mostly a macro lager taste to it, although not too bad, probably because it isn’t nasty.

Dark gold body with an orange hue and a thin white head on top. The aroma has some packaged wheat bread with some carrots behind the malt. The taste has some sharp white bread crust and a little bit of raw potatoes. The finish is like hay. A decent, fairly dry brew that is good for summer.

Dark poor from draft in Omaha. Wheat and grain aroma. Sweet for a lager. Enjoyed it but circumstances were right
