3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Fatehunter (750) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - FEB 5, 2013Into a lager glass with three fingers of head on a clear, straw colored body. With the bubbles floating up, it looks nice.
The aroma is crushed grain with a hint of lemon.
The taste has a smooth malt to start, then a bright lemon bitterness and finishes with a dry bitter note.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation and medium body.
Pretty good overall.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 fezzy (44) - California, USA - APR 29, 2013
Malt-dominated nose and backbone, bready, with an underlying hop bitterness, lawn and lemon in flavor, but too acrid. The warm malt and yeast balances the acrid notes of the hops for a balanced beer. Shame about the flaw in the bitter element - without it, this would be a truly smashing beer.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 krumbum (30) - truckee, California, USA - FEB 1, 2013
The light sharp smell is my least favorite part. The amber clarity catches you off guard, which is excellent foreshadowing for its bigger then expected taste. Even the bubbly mouth feel delivery system seems to come out of a slight ring of bubbles coating the top edges of the glass. Here’s to lowering the bar only to still jump over it.

My second favorite organic beer, right after the Black Lager by these same guys. What an easy drinker this one is. Great for a bbq.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 StefanSD (1796) - Lakeside, California, USA - SEP 3, 2012
650 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with a small white head that recedes to a film. The nose is mild with cereal grains and a bit of spicy-earthy hops. The taste is indeed malt forward with a slightly sweet malt base that is bready with a handful of pecans filling in the sides and spicy hops on the back of the tongue. The palate is silky smooth and the carbonation is extra lively. Finishes long, dry and a bit of an aftertaste of those spicy hops. Overall: Very good brew.

Draught @ City Beer Store and Tasting Room, San Francisco
Aroma has some cannabis and some grainy malt. Flavour has some cannabis, hops, ash, spices and grainy malt. A bit odd but decent anyway.
