3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 akim (8) - Oregon, USA - MAR 28, 2011 does not count
Tastes of bitter hops, a bit of chocolate afterwards. Faint citrus, roasted malts, a little sweet. Hi carbonation, medium-thick mouthfeel. Pretty good for a pale ale.
On tap at the Lucky Lab. Pours amber. Smells of toasty malts, hops, like a pale ale but no citrus notes.

This is a great ale. The flavors where a good mix between malts and hops. Had a nice Hoppy taste in the end and it gave off a great overall drinking ability. Good Beer.

This was a decent little pale ale, not fantastic, slightly imbalanced, but easy to drink with some nice acidic grapefruit tones, some grass and bready notes, with a bit of a bite on the finish. Not bad.

On tap at the brew pub. Flat amber color with a thin off-white head and a small grainy nose. Caramel/toffee sweetness with a faint roasted grain taste in the background. Well balance hop presence in the finish. Decent beer.

Tap@Lucky Labrador. Not like other US pale ales. Caramelly, doughy malts, i also found it a bit smoky or something. Soft, smooth palate.
