Mar 10, 2005 Dark amber with a foamy head and spotty lacing. Hazelnuts in the nose with toasted malts and light bitter hops. Light biscuity flavors with some herbal and bitter notes. Light bitter finish with a tangy body.

Mild hops, auburn color, light creamy head. Nose of floral hops & tangy malts. The flavor slightly water but a finish that’s sweet & kinda loses itself on your palate. This beer lack personality.

Mar 8, 2005 Medium head, off-white. Clear amber body with a light malt aroma with a hint of fruit and some flower. Tastes slightly caramel sweet with some hops for balance. Some bitternes in the end.

Jan 17, 2005 On tap at the Lucky Lab brewery. This mild pours a dark mahogany with a medium off-white head. Nice fruity malt aroma, kinda earthy grains playing wingman. Tase was chalky dry, thinner on the palate, finishing with a medium hopping, and bigger bitterness than the malts could hold back. Interesting brew, but glad I got a taster instead of a pint.
