Luk is a young, refreshing cider. Made with McIntosh apples, this cider is carbonated at the bottling stage.

bottle. Golden with minimal head. Tart cider with plenty of apple flavor. Dry finish. Nothing particularly unique, but this is a solid cider.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2013 Right from the clear bottle into my mouth. Smell is tartly fruit. Color of water with a hint of yellah. Lively carbonation. Has hints of ice cider in there, just a tad. Fairly dry but retains some pleasant sugars. Good kick, smell turns to volatile vapors. Quite friendly cider. Never gets rude. Yes, pretty good sizzling finish. In the end just a little of that 6% pokes yah.

Aroma is apples, mild champagne qualities and slightly perfumed. The flavor is apples, mild fruit, not much sweetness and a bone dry finish.

Bottle from beer study - pours clear straw with be head. Aroma is big green apple, which is fantastic. Taste is like tart sprite. Palate leans dry. Overall, the taste and palate let down the great aroma.

Bottle from Beer study. Pours almost clear with a big green apple note on the nose. Slight smidge of apple on the tongue. Lingers a bit on the tongue. Eh!

12oz bottle poured into glass. As much as I wanted to like this cider I just couldn’t get past how dry it was. The McIntosh apples were pretty appealing but it just lacked the intensity I was expecting.

Bottle. Pours a crystal clear extremely pale yellow color with effectively no head. Nose is very light with some apple in there. Taste is just a tad sour with a crisp apple flavor. Very easy to drink. Interesting.
