Jan 21, 2007 Pours a bright clear gold with half an inch of white foam. Okay head retention and lacing. Mild hop in the aroma.
Fresh and clean tasting beer, with a dry malt presence, light body, and good carbonation. Light hops in the flavor and finish, with a delightful hop aftertaste that lingered quite a while. Fairly tame, but quite drinkable. Too bad I was driving and too bad the growlers were too expensive, cuz I would have really enjoyed a long session with this beer. All in all - a nice representation of the style.
