COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Silver Medal Winner at the 2009 Great American Beer Festival. Bronze Medal Winner at the 2010 World Beer Cup. This ale is medium bodied with higher bitterness. The blend of English and American hops make this copper colored ale especially pleasing for pale ale lovers.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus - citra, exotic - tropical fruit, light orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dry, fruity, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120915]

Bomber poured a clear reddish amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of floral notes, biscuit, light grapefruit and light mint. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of floral notes, bread, grapefruit and light mint with a smooth moderatly bitter lingering floral finish.
