Pours a brownish orange color with a thick white fluffy head and great lacing. Aroma is piney hops and sweet malt. The taste is very well balanced. Nice bitter pine hops and slightly sweet bread tasting malts make a very good beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz Can. App: Clear golden orange with persistent head. Ar: Pine, Flower, Caramel. T: Pine, caramel, flower, herb. P: Smooth, soft body, with slightly foamy carbonation. Like they took the whole crop of Chinook and dumped it in their beer but with a slight floral and herbal note. That said, it has a strong malt backing and inviting palate.

I think if a new-ish beer geek was to ask what’s resin mean, I’d direct them to this beer. That’s not a bad thing at all.
Lots of citrus and floral (hibiscus) notes. A touch of grass/hay. Very enjoyable.

12 fl oz can purchased at the brewery. Clear and dark golden in the glass. Floral hop on the nose, some honey. Taste starts with a smooth floral bitterness, citrus, resin. Increasing bitterness and malty elements in the second row. More fruity than bitter in the aftertaste. Very nice!
