COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lunds humorfestivalöl.

Bryggd den 6 juni 2012 i Torna Hällestad på Fridhills gård av Bosse Bergenståhl och Patrik Andersson på vatten, pilsner-, vete-, cara red-, melanoidin- och sauermalt.
Kokad med super alpha-, riwaka-, och tettnangerhumle och jäst med tysk lagerjäst.

Clear amber color, decent off-white head. Fruity-hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramalt, fruity hoppyness, sweetish flavor lowish bitterness. Clean, nice lager.

Nja, så förbaskat annorlunda vet jag inte om den var. Smaken var frisk och lite lätt syrlig med toner av polkagris och tvål, kroppen var okej men någon balans hade den inte.

[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity, dusty hops. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, soapy hops, grass, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Goldeny orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mild bready, herbal and earthy notes as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, earthy, grassy and also some slight toasted notes. Floral and grassy finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
