Can. Very pale, thin white head. Smells of grain and corn. Taste is thin and malt sweet. Not my cup of tea. Corn sweetness has nothing to do in a beer. Feel is very watery. Finish is not bitter at all. What the world needed now was not this beer

0,5 l can. Pours a "typical" golden light orange, with a huge creamy head. Aroma of slightly sour and slightly sweet grains. Flavor is, well, not much. Typical pilsner. Slightly malty. Slightly metallic aftertaste which then turns kinda fruity. Nice bitterness, with a slightly sour edge and some sweetness. Not very good, but not very bad either. Summary: slightly.

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2010 Pours a golden pale lager body with a fluffy and rather persistent white head. Smell is veggies and light malts, but fortunately this is not so bad in the taste. Moderately hopped, with a lasting bitterness against pilsener malts and grains. Still hints of overcooked veggies lingering around mid-palate, but not too imposing. Fresh and drinkable, Lundetangen Sommerøl is among the best of the Norwegian summer seasonals I’ve had so far.
