Blond ale formerly made by Lupiline at Alvinne. Golden blond beer with cream white head, fruity and malty aroma with delicate, fresh lemon touch; light malt sweetishness in the mouth, peach, honeyish touch, fresh lemon accent lending it a ’sunny’ feel, hop bitterish finish, somewhat peppery. This was an elegant, well made, almost ’feminine’ beer, too bad these people have stopped brewing meanwhile.

Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander and other spices, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle at Delirium Café, Brussels. Pours cloudy golden with a huge, almost unstoppable offwhite head, that left some lacing. Fruity hops with sour notes as well. Taste is decidedly bitter all the way, but there are still hints of sour fruitiness. A great new Belgian beer.
