Amber beer of English inspiration, foam ivory, with fine grain. Hints of caramel, citrus, resin. Taste is initially mild, but very bitter twist.
Certainly a beer born from the passion for hops and English styles. When there were no refrigerators and sea voyages lasted for months and months, the only way to enjoy a beer of home away from home was to increase the alcohol content and the amount of hops, so as to withstand the months at sea without going bad. Thus were born the Indian Pale Ale.
Today on our pale malt Malt, from our well water particularly suitable for this style and American hops and Slovenian Cascade and Dana, comes this engaging and refreshing beer, rich in unique scents and pungent.

Hand pumped at "GolosItalia 2013" - Brescia.
Solid and amber fraught color, discreet resistant and foamy head. Not much perfumed nose, little notes of resin, cask and hop but nearly intangeball. Died and arid palate, much bitter and little alcoholic, very hoppines and died flowery content.
