Deep-amber coloured beer with a dense rocky head. It has a fruity aroma with scents of banana and pear. The palate is sweet and fruity, with some apricot. The finish is strong and spicy, with a sweet, warm alcohol impression.

Bottle. A dense, finger-thick off-white head leaves lacings as the more or less clear, dark amber to brown body slides down my throath. Yeasty, sugary aroma with prunes and some grassy, piney hops. The flavor is pretty much the same, too sugary and yeasty I think, with prunes and some caramel hints. Decent bitterness. Full body, some warmth. Pleasant carbonation. As for Wolf 7 & 8, itís way too yeasty. Else itís quite decent. 130516

Great beer for the price. Balances citrus and malt. Light Amber appearance, flowery aroma, creamy head, and subtle after taste. Not at all alcohol taste even though it packs a 9%! If you see it, drink it.

Piwo dobre, wiadomo jak na belgie przystalo spora i trwala piana, metnosc tez spora, ciemno brazowo bursztynowe piwo. Pachnie kasztanami i orzechami. W smaku orzechowo truflowe, nieco toffi i ciemnych lesnych owocow. Slodkawe ale nie przytlaczajace, troche rozgrzewajace ze wzgledu na spora zawartosc alkoholu, ale na szczescie wogole nie wyczuwalny.

From the 750 ml. corked, caged bottle. Brown, heady pour with reddish hues and moderate clarity. Consistent carbonation. The aroma has a sweet malt note to it along with plums, prunes, and raisins. Touch of booze. The body is medium. The taste brings out the same malt sweetness but there is a bitter bite coming up at the end and lingering. Dry finish.
