Lots of fruit in the flavour which engenders a certain sweetish feel on the palate even though its actually quite dry. Just a hint of tannin. Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. An easy drinking, quaffable cider if a little short on traditional character. Maybe a little too well behaved in bottle.
