Brewed in Castagniccia, mountainous region overlooking Corsica sea Mediterranean, its color and its riche taste are the result subtle and original Association of pils malt and natural aromas of Myrtle, emblematic and endemic to Corsica.

The sour taste is common to this brewery. Its a lovely taste and would love to see if they could showcase it without flooding the beer with strange flavours. Here they picked Myrto to put in it. A wonderful hurb and berry that is very good with lamb or to make liquor out of. In beer its a little bit strange and doesnt quite work. Although thankfully it is subtle here. It doesnt ruin the drink and actually gives it some complexity here. Its a gimmick but one that at least has a good beer lurking behind it.

Bottle from Le Clerc supermarket, Ile Rousse, Corsica. Hazy amber beer, big fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and minerally crisp. Thin malts, milky sweet. A nice floralness ensues, and develops an interesting violets streak. Trace of marmalde on the back end, Dry crisp finish. Floral and drinkable.

Copper color with off-white head. Aroma of fruit and vegetables. Taste goes from bitter to sour fruity with a bitter finish. Has something medicinal.
