UPDATED: JUL 3, 2013 Canned beer at home. Shared with Mathieu87. Appearance: clear blonde beer, white stable head, very little carbonation, in total a very good appearance! Nose: little sweet, oranges, malts, Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast used by backers). Taste: rather sweet, some malts, but to sweet in total perhaps. Though what happened? I thought this beer was around 6% in alcohol, but it was 10%? There should have been more taste for that amount of alcohol.

Bottled in Hurghada Deep golden. White head. Cereal with sweet alcohol in both aroma and flavour. Not overwhleming alcohol, but still disturbing.

Can 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Clear golden with a white head. Fairly spicy nose, almost honeyish but not unpleasant as such. Medium body, no real malt feel, just a biting booziness, again a strange honey note. Ends somewhat chemical. But drinkable. 160112

Can. A dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and metal, as well as a bit of straw. The flavor is brewing cereal, alcohol, malt, sirup, and metal, leading to a dry metallic finish.

Das Bier ist klebrig süß und bildet nur leichte Noten von Hopfen und Getreide. Die Süße wird dagegen noch stärker und nimmt bananiger Züge an. Im Abgang zur Süße wenig bitter. Wenig abwechslungsreich. 9/6/7/7/8/7

(Can) Yellow, tiny white head. Fruity aroma, rather pleasant, was expecting something a bit more metallic. Flavor was smooth, sweet maltiness all the way. No bitterness to speak of. Couldn’t really taste the ABV, they must have done something right there. Overall a rather nice experience for a malt liquor.

Can 33cl. @ LCRBM 2008, ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands
Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sweet malt, sugar, moderate alcohol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, finish is alcohol - peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is soft - flat, finish is moderate alcoholic. [20081025]
