2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Shining, clear yellow color, a lot fizzy. Compact foam of medium duration. Delicate taste and bubbly. It deprives of particular aromas but with a good bitter. A lot refreshing.

Bottle - 500ml. Pale gold body topped with a thick frothy head. Light malty aroma with hoppy and bready notes. Taste is boring and mainly hoppy. Strange soapy/chemical aftertaste. Another unidimensional post-soviet lager...

clear gold, thin bubbly white head. very mild herbal hop and bread aroma. eird smouthfeel is kind of like simple syrup, but there doesn’t seem to be much body. some very sweet malt note at the beggining leading to a watery if not a little dry finish. not great

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
I had this is both Lviv and Kyiv. A typical light lager aroma with just a touch of hops and some grass. The taste is light and refreshing with a little bit of hops. Nice from the tap, but jsut another light lager.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Fizzy yellow looking lager with a big foamy white head that last - the picture of perfection, if only the color was a dark golden instead of pissy yellow. A grassy sweetness hits the nose accompanied by a nice fresh apple fruitiness. Lively and nice with nary a scent of hops. The body is slightly sweet at the beginning with a touch of tingle on the tongue. Slight hoppiness at the back that carries into the finish. Bitter sweet ending with just a touch of hops. A lot of words for a fairly simple lager.

This Ukrainian beer from Lviv is quite good. Smooth and sweet taste. As good as Slavutych beer. As all imported beers - Lvivske Premium beer should be sampled locally, in a Lviv bar, because it tastes better in Lviv! American regulations tend to kill the original taste of any imported beer. That’s especially true and more obvious with such well-established beers as Heineken or Pislner Urquell!
