Citrusy and lemony but tasty. Has a kind of rank undercurrent - like a mice drink in a bad pub

Cask/gravity at the 2011 Ealing beer festival. Dark gold with a coarse white head, lots of hops and a hint of orange on the nose, then the body brings gingery and peppery hops with biscuity notes and a long dry-bitter finish. Tasty.

[cask at Cloisters, Edinburgh] Slightly hazy yellowish gold colour, some citrus and grass on the nose. Flavours of fruity hop with a touch of bittersweet honey and lemon about it. Bitter finish. Not great, but not bad either [01042011]

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Gold with a white head. Attractive sweet aroma with a hint of pineapple, a welcome change from the expected lemony citricity. Pleasant sweet taste with a sour edge. Some bitterness. Thought this was pretty good.
