Bottle, The Beer Emporium, Sandbach. Pours an amber colour with little head. Aroma of fruity malt as is the taste that builds to a dryish finish. Quite enjoyed this typical English bitter.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A golden hoppy ale, not too bitter and very refreshing, a complex balance of citrus, toffee and berries make for a smooth beer, with a slight bitter finish. There are strong aromas of hop and toffee with this beer, less head than some of the other beers from Lymestone but that helps maintain the balance with this take on a classic bitter. This ale would make a great session beer for the pale bitter lovers.
