Cask; Regular. Also available bottled.
A rich red to black beer carefully crafted from the finest crystal and chocolate malts. Chewy juicy fruit flavours give way to a deep lingering bitterness provided by an abundance of Styrian Goldings, Millenium and Nugget hops.

Cask gravity at Kent BF 2010. Oddly fruity dark beer, like AndrewC I thought this was more a mild than anything else, but certainly enjoyable

Clear dark dark reddish amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and notes of glue (thanks to Camons for giving me that association, you bastard.). Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 020812

Cask at the Claude Du Vall, Camberley, 01/02/14. Lightly hazed copper with a moderately appointed light beige covering. Nose is stoned fruit, biscuit, earthy, nutty, bready malt. Taste comprises bitter orange, bread dough, earthy, toffee. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, bitter pangs in a semi drying closure. Drinkable but not much in the way of depth or character.

Cask@GBBF 2009. Dark nut brown color, tiny beige head. Sticky grassy aroma - mix of glue and hops? Medium-bodied. Grassy and herbal hops, some caramel, alcohol, a bit sticky mouthfeel also. Weird.
