Lyne Down Yarlington Mill

Bottled. A beutifully golden cider with a fast disappering beige head. The aroma is sweet and very apply - delicous. The flavor is sweet yet acidicly tart with strong notes of apples and lesser notes of wood. A nice dry cider.

Comments: Rather sweet cider with off-sparkles, lightly rotten flavour and lacking dryness to be balanced. Very phenolic as well.
