Copper, small off white head. Aroma is flowerish, hoppy, herbal, with a hint of cinnamon. Taste is of reasonalbe bitterness, hoppy, somewhat dry, with walnuts and clove in it. Nice one, with a reasonable finish.

Courtesy of bierkoning, thanx Edo!!!
The beer in the glass is medium brown with fine-pored, creamy head. Smells sweet malty, slightly sour-yeasty, with lots of hops! Starts malty sour, with nuances of roasted malts, caramel in the background. In the middle part comes out a clear hop aroma (Amarillo, I guess). Goes into a bitter hoppy, malty caramelly finish!

Bottle from bierkoning, thank you. Amber color with medium white head. Apples and caramel in aroma. Taste, burned sugar, malt, coffee. Some wood in finish. I am little bit perplexed from this beer, but itís not so bad.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
You donít often see a Wiener style beer in the Netherlands. Bottled beer, ambered color and a not so pleasant aroma. Finish is slightly metallic and has some hints of spices. Even some coffee. Taste during and after are easily the best, but of all the Maallust beers this is my least favorite. Bottle from Van Erp in Groningen.
