3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Small yellow-biege, bit irregular head, not very stable over finely carbonated foxy-orange beer. Spiced caramel, hops and a bit soapy nose. Quite bitter, hoppy, and herbal flavour on a background of nutty malts - as some kind of bitterish nut. I seem to get some oatcakes (or ricewafers) too, but that might be suggestion. Feels quite carbonated, maybe medium bodied. Again a pretty decent beer by this brewery I hear very little info on.

Blond beer, brewed with different malts and herbs. Like oat. Nice, but somewhat too modest.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from ABCBeers. Poured murky, with a copper/orange color and a small, tan, lacing foam. Malty, fruity nose with hints of herbs. Sweet taste, with mostly apple, banana, grapes and leather in the aroma. Denser than expected, medium carbo. Lasting, fruity finish. Way too sweet for me.

30 cl bottle from Mitra @ home (bbe 1 juli 2013...). Dark amber/copper color, slightly hazy. Big dense off white head with good retention & good lacing. Aroma’s of fruit/straw (typical of oat), light sweetness. Flavor is light sweet, a bit sweet fruit (raisins), slightly herbal, lightly bitter. Light to medium bodied. Finishes somewhat dry, malty and light bitter.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Hazy amber color, steady off-white head. Grainy-sweetie aroma. Medium-bodied. Grainy, cracker bready, a bit sweet. Weird brew. Doesn’t feel as 6.8%.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Amber glowing body and huge stable bubbly head. Looks good (but certainly not medieval). Cereal, light cookies, bit of white sugar, almonds, raspberry, yoghurt. Light creamy sweetness with a herbal bitterness as backup. Tat bit sharp in the aftertaste, but it’s drinkable for sure. Not my favourite of the brewery though. (33cl bottle from trade with Countbeer, thanks, completes my Mallet ticks!)

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Cafe Briljant, Harlem. Poured a hazy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is of banana, leading to a big crushed banana flavour, with some weak acidity on the smooth palate.
