Bottle @ ChristianScheffel tasting. [thank you BeerBiker]
Pours a lightly hazy yellow-orange with a foamy white head. Aroma is kind of fruity, with a definite orange feel. Mouthfeel is rather dry. Flavour is surprisingly limited, a little too vinious and with only a slight sharpness in the fruityness.

Very fine, snowwhite head; very pale yellow beer; Quite (pale) malty nose, maybe a bit of corn. Dry grainy/malty taste, finishing very dry and a tad spicy, especially at the onset of each sip. Pineapple ester, ends again on corn. Medium bodied, slick, well-attenuated. After good infection, bad infection, here’s uninfected Maasland brew. Interesting change.

Bottle at home. Brown, murky and yeasty colour. Perhaps I served it too warm, but it wasn’t all that great. Apple scent and taste. Fruity, unpasteurised with an almost cheesy flavour. Okay.
