Draft @ SeaTac. Black with a thin cream colored head. Aroma is a light roastiness, chocolate, and coffee. Taste is chocolate, roasted malts, not too complex but not repulsing.

Aug 27, 2008 Draught @ Taphouse Grill, Seattle. Pours a dark brown almost black color with a tan head. Roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and slighlty licorice flavor. Roasted malty chocolate finish.

3/22/08 On tap at the Cask Festival. Aroma is chocolate sweet with a creamy undertone. Appearance is dark brown with a moderate head. Flavor is simple and grainy. Mouthfeel is medium-high bodied with a medium carb texture. Overall, not bad, but the aroma way better than the flavor.
