BückDich (4540), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 29, 2003 Had this on draft. Orange hazy unfiltered look with creamy head. Light aroma of wheat and citrus. Small body with a little more hops than widmer hefe. This is a very american northwest hefe and it's very plain, nothing spectacular. JPDIPSO (4234), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Jul 9, 2004 Cloudy dark straw color with a smaller off white head. Aromas of "grapenuts" and sugar. Light sweet wheat and touch of citrus. Slightly better an average american wheat. harlequinn (2746), Tacoma, Washington, USA Nov 5, 2003 I had this one a while back and forgot to rate it. A terribly unbalanced, off-kilter wheat beer. A very poor example of the style. Pours a lightly golden flavor, with a bit of a sweet honey-like aroma. The taste is way too light and slightly cloying at points. Bland and boring and I expected more. Crit (2239), New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada Jan 8, 2003 Middle of the road wheat beer. Angeloregon (1898), Portland, Oregon, USA Jan 15, 2008 Sampled at Henry’s Place in Portland, OR--Poured a dismal flat, hazy amber-copper body with a wheaten, buttery nose. No head, lacking in carbonation. Riddled with infection. Yuck!
