Oct 10, 2008 Draft. Hazy light amber beer with an off-white head. Light wheat and light spice aroma. Wheat, malt, and light spice flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Wheat/malt lingers with light spice.

May 3, 2008 had at brewery and at Kate’s in wallingford. it’s a light wheat but very crisp and refreshing.

Mar 24, 2008 A smooth brew, with a tad more complexity than many wheats, though far from spectacular. A touch of banana, a bit of vanilla, and --you guessed it--wheaty dough.
