At Mac Ivors we know how to grow our apples. We’ve been doing it for years. When our apples are ripe, we pick and press the, Then we add the yeast and wait. We love the result; a smooth and tasty cider, a drink to lift the soul. We hope that you love it too.

Bottle at home.
One of the last bottles from the previous vintage. It pours clear gold with a slight lacing of white head and some yeast sediment in the bottom of the bottle. Apple pulp, dry apple skin on the nose. Quite dry and tannic up front with some apple juicy finish to back it up. Very dry on the finish with a touch of sulphites. A refreshing drop.
