A sparkling, medium cider made with a blend of apple varieties.

Our ciders are all made using 100% fresh pressed apples. As growers, we know how much hard work goes into producing a perfectly ripe apple so we take extra care to get the very best out of them.
After pressing the most fragrant apple varieties and using cold-fermenting yeast to preserve their aroma, we blend the matured ciders to achieve a perfect balance...
Fresh & fruity for our Medium Cider

500ml bottle 4.5% from Redmonds of Ranelagh. Pours clear and yellow straw like. Aroma is of ripe apples. Nice light carbonation on tongue. Taste is sweet, a little too sweet like light syrup. Very slight tannin hint and little after taste. Nice but I wouldn’t have too many. Too sweet.

Gold, crisp urine like pour with little or no head. Apple, candy, apple skin. Dry and tart and quite tasty. A solid Irish cider.

Bottled@Black Door, Helsinki. Yellowish golden colour, no head. Quite rich carbonation. Aroma is sweet and sour apples with vinegar and some strange sweet notes as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, mildly nectary along with some mild vanilla and wood too. A bit gluelike notes come through in the finish.

Appearance: brilliant yellow, tiny head, aroma: sweet fresh apple, actually smells ’dry’ if that makes sense? Flavour: fresh apples, dry, makes my teeth grit. So simple so good.

500ml bottle at the black sheep in Dublin. Golden pale colour. Good carbonation. Really too sweet but not really really bad.

Pours pale gold with lively carbonation, apple skin and candyfloss on the nose. Fairly sweet red apple character with a touch of sulphite and perhaps some pear in the finish.
