3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml bottle. Angleterre, Helsinki, Finland.
Clear golden colour with almost no head.
Apple, apple skin, mild tartness, dryness and some earthiness in the aroma.
The flavour is rather sweet. Apple, apple wine, sugary sweetness, mild cinnamon and apple skin in the flavour. Not bad but quite sweet for a dry cider.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dazzling clear gold, not much in the way of carbonation. Pear is quite pronounced on the nose, with some stewed sweet notes. Smells like an orchard! Nice and dry on the palette and a little tart toward the finish. Oh so crisp. The second very good Irish cider I’ve had this year, long may it continue.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours slightly darker gold and noticeably less carbonated than the medium. Notes of custard, hay and toffee apples on the nose. Dryish but not drying or tart, subtle apple flavour and long dry finish.
