A dry cider made with a blend of apple varieties.

Our ciders are all made using 100% fresh pressed apples. As growers, we know how much hard work goes into producing a perfectly ripe apple so we take extra care to get the very best out of them.
After pressing the most fragrant apple varieties and using cold-fermenting yeast to preserve their aroma, we blend the matured ciders to achieve a perfect balance...

500 ml bottle. Angleterre, Helsinki, Finland. Clear golden colour with almost no head. Apple, apple skin, mild tartness, dryness and some earthiness in the aroma. The flavour is rather sweet. Apple, apple wine, sugary sweetness, mild cinnamon and apple skin in the flavour. Not bad but quite sweet for a dry cider. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dazzling clear gold, not much in the way of carbonation. Pear is quite pronounced on the nose, with some stewed sweet notes. Smells like an orchard! Nice and dry on the palette and a little tart toward the finish. Oh so crisp. The second very good Irish cider I’ve had this year, long may it continue.

Bag in a box as 6% Mac Ivor’s Cider at the Scottish Real Ale Festival, 2012. Pours a cloudy straw colour with an aroma of pears, yeast and alcohol. Similar flavours with well balanced alcohol. Nicely dry to finish with a lingering pear quality.
