On tap/keg at Skaven, Tromso, Friday 18th January 2013 Pours brown with a very slight haze, quite sweet, malty but its moreish and there is a light nuttiness and subtle bitterness.I have had better Dunkels but this is absolutely fine. Nice malty aroma.Brown/copper in color.A bit sweet in a positive way.Short after taste probably, because it is less than 5 % alcohol.

Bottle from Rune. Brown with an orange hue, reasonable head. Grassy malt aroma. Dry caramel malt flavour. Bitter aftertaste. Average.

Can in Tromso. Clear deep amber beer, short head - very pale tan. Light crispy palate. Creamy malt with a trace of molasses underneath. Minerally fresh with a whsiper of dried fruits hop coming through in the semi dry finish. It’s on okay beer.

Copper brown, beige head. Smells of caramel, hops and some malts. Sweet taste, roasted malts, some sour notes and some unwanted metallics. Malt bitter finish.

På boks fra Ultra Bryn Oslo. Klar brun farge med en of white skumtopp. Mild maltsødme i lukten. Mild fin og rund karamel smak. En veldig behagelig øl. Havner definitivt i kurven igjen.

Pours a clear, dark amber body with a medium-sized, off-white head that reduces to a patchy film rather quickly, ok lacing. Moderate malty aroma with caramel and malt extract, also some roasted notes, yeast and dark honey. Medium sweet taste with a short light bitter finish. Caramel is the main contributor to the malty flavour profile. Almost a decent beer, but the finish is too short and the mouthfeel is far too thin and watery, although a solid carbonation partially makes up for the latter weakness.

Pours clear brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain and caramel. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

25.05.2011. 0,5l Can. Meny Karmsundgata, Haugesund. Dark brown colour with white head. Aroma is malty with rather rich flavours of malt sweetness and caramel. There is also some good bitterness that gives the beer balance. A little much carbonation for my taste.
