3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2013 Bottle at Frost, Bodø. Has a slightly hazy brown colour with a small and light beige head. Aroma of fruity American hops, rye bread, nuts and leather. Wood in the flavour along with fruity hops, grass and nuts. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light to medium bitterness. A nice ale with lots of hops, but not quite a classic brown ale.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml bottle and another shared bottle at Ølhallen where it was served a tad too cold. Bubbly, patchy surface to an unclear brownish coloured body. Dotted spots to the glass. Ripe, dark fruity on the nose, brown malts beneath. When it warms up there’s really some nice flavours of succulent hops and apricot, well blended with mid-sweet, brown malts. Lingering bittersweet ending, lots of hops. Medium bodied. Drinking pleasure. One of the best from the brewery, however, not an usual brown ale (after work, in good company, late on a Friday afternoon at Ølhallen, Tromsø 25.10.2013).

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Ølhallen, Tromsø. Hazy amber, small head. Floral citrus aroma. Dry and crisp. Hoppy with citrus and mango. Freshly hoppy and really bitter. Refreshing and really pleasant, unusually pale and hoppy brown ale.
