Mack Ludwig Premium Hvete

440 ml can. Hazy orange/yellow body with a fair white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy, banana. Flavor is fresh and fruity, yeast and lemon acidity. A bit in the middle of the road weiss and not bad at all.

Comments: Thin, sour and loaded with acetaldehyde uncleanliness. Awful. This was on tap at KAIA in Bodo, Norway for 13$ a pint. Avoid.

Can. High white fluffy and quickly disappearing head. Hazy yellow body. Banana hops aroma. Rather watery and not as sweet as expected and there is even some bitterness in it. Guess it is lemon. Low carbonation, short aftertaste.

Much better this time than when this beer first was released. Now it has a good estery character with lots of clove and some banana. Quite drinkable, some roughness in the taste and it lacking fullness. A decent weizen.

Can 44 ml. Cloudy/muddy golden color, fast vanishing white head. Fruit, yeast, spice, and they all say bananas. Almost no bitterness. Could use å bit more of everything.
