Papsoe (9656), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 19, 2007 (Can 44 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Slightly cloudy, deep golden with a dense and lasting off-white head. Aroma of malt - and a little butter. Medium-bodied, malty with a touch of metal and caramel. The finish is surprisingly hoppy. 111107 Skinnyviking (2360), Copenhagen, Denmark Aug 3, 2007 Can. Snow white fluffy medium high but lasting head. I am not quite sure if is my glass that is dusty or if the body is semi clear golden. I prefer to think the latter. Flroal barley malt aroma, slightly sweet. Pleasant smooth and round flavor without much carbonation and little bitterness. Dry bitterness in the long aftertaste. Beer_2000 (1114), Kristiansand, Norway Apr 13, 2007 500 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a medium light orange head. Pleasant gently malt and hop aroma, British style. A floral hop character appears in the aftertaste together with some metallic flavor. A quite light ale, but pretty well composed. Mack is the most innovative macro brewery in Norway. Bov (4559), Bienne, Switzerland Apr 5, 2007 canned; courtesy of Per Samuelsson - hazy golden-orange colour with a persistent white head; the nose is a bit dusty with light notes of cream and other possible aromas are falling below the threshold of my perception; soft and creamy; late and fair bitterness and a quite dry flowery finish - acceptable although the aroma is missing ... KM (137), Tromsø, Norway Mar 8, 2007 Updated: Apr 23, 2007Canned 0,44l. Pale yellow body. Nuts dominate the aroma. The taste has som tiny tiny hints of fruit, but is mostly bitter, and the bitterness stays on during the long finish. A refreshing ale, but maybe a little too bitter.
