Bottle@Skarven, Tromsø. Pale, clear golden, decent white head. Malty aroma. sweet, malty flavours. Not much to write home about, rather undrinkable in fact.

330ml in an attractive deep blue, design bottle. Served chilled at Skarven. For many years Skarven has been the most popular pub in Tromsø. All kinds of people seems to enjoy the place for its open atmosphere. After 20 years the pub, founded in 1986, had their own beer, brewed by Mack.
Straw yellow body with a white foam that lasts for a short while. Weak malty smell. Citric hops in flavour before the sweetness takes over. Slightly dry ending. Thin palate. Not my kind of beer, but possible what most of the guests like drinking at Skarven (05.05.2007).
