2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled at the brewpub. Clear gold with a white ring. A honey aroma and flavor. It is very lightly hopped. Some grain is tasted and that adds a nit of earth. Feel is thin. Just not much going on here.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sample in a flight. Very golden with a small eggshell ring. Subtle noble hop nose with light malt influence. Absolutely one for those unsure of or new to craft, and as such it works. Of course itís nothing for the beer geek, but I could see how it would be poundable with some smoked meats.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft @ Mackinaw Brewpub. Clear golden colour, small white head. Nose of hops, some malts. Flavour is slightly malty, a bit hoppy and slightly bitter. Fruity. Indistinctive.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap at the brewery. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is medium sweet caramel malt, thatís it. Flavor is sickly sweet and grainy and lemon. Light body, active carbonation. Meh.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Draft at the brewpub: Golden pour with a nice creamy head that lasts. The nose is quite undetectable, with only the slightest nuiances of a light hopping present. The body only offers a touch more with light notes of grassy hops, heavy carbonation and delicate caramel. Finishes clean and is quite quaffable. This seems to be made for the masses and is quite approachable in that sense.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Draft sample at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden with a small alka seltzer esque white head. The aroma is lightly citrusy and cornbread. The flavor is light citrus, corn, grains, and bread. Light bodied and underwhelming. I didn’t expect much and didn’t get much.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pours a transparent pale gold color with a tinge of honey, topped with a quickly dissipating head of fizzy white. A mild citrusy hop character freshens up the canned corn aroma that oozes from the glass. Light bodied, lightly carbonated mouthfeel with a slick, oily texture. I wasnít expecting much flavor after reading the description, but this didnít deliver on the promise of "clean and smooth", or a "quick fix to a thirsty day". Excessive DMS. Vegetal blah. Drinkable, but limp on the palate with little flavor to hide the creamed corn and little crispness to be refreshing.

Draft at brewpub. Poured clear amber color with a moderate frothy white head that diminished slowly with minimal lacing. Light sour citrus hop aroma. Light body with a thin texture. Light sweet citrus flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration.

2.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
What made this a good beer was that I had it right there from wher it was made. Seemed fresh and delightful. I would not buy this anywhere but the barit comes from.
