Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours unhealthy, ill, not inviting, piss like in colour, totally dead body in terms of carbonation, very shy bubbles are coming out, texture is very hazy (probably the reason is the natural honey added), head is initially very small and rapidly vanishing, totally no lacing.
Aroma: Front is totally surprisingly sour, notes of dull pee, stale and unfresh water, stuffy air in stale, non - ventilated room, notes of artificial sweeteners, where the heck is natural honey added?
Flavour: A total failure, I thought that a regular Polish Lager with the addition of a natural honey will be something interesting and out of the ordinary flavour beers served on Polish marked. What I got is a regular Polish Lager beer (even strong lager) with a nice addition of honey but unfortunately and incomprehensively violated by the addition of terribly tasting artificial sweetener, it is hard to understand why to add another sweet ingridient to the beer and yet artificial. Finish duration is short, nasty and flat.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is sticky and oily, carbonation on palate is satisfying, finish feel is moderately astringent with a very nice, highly aromatic, herbal hoppy accents and gentle notes of alcohol.

bottle at my friend’s home in Mokotów - bardzo dziekuje! Hazy deep golden-brown colour, large off-white head. Intensive aroma of honey. Malty-grainy base with lots of honey, not too sweet. Shy hop flavours in the finish. A wel-balanced and well-crafted honey beer.

Bottle. A clear, pale golden beer with a minimal-sized off-white head. Grainy nose with butterscotch and some honey. Sweet, grainy flavor with hints of honey, finishing rather sweet. Medium body. A sort of decent beer, but not very tasteful and I definitely won’t miss it. It’s not the honey that is the problem, the problem is that the beer isn’t particularly well brewed, honey or not. 100827
