COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by Clockwork for Maclay (formerly by Forth).
A golden blonde colored ale, smooth and fruity in flavor with a delightful hoppy aroma and a long lingering finish. Taking its name from an old Scots word "thrapple" meaning throat, Thrapple Quencher is a wonderfully smooth and refreshing ale.

Bottle Jan 05, picked up in a local supermarket wasn’t really that fussed about this much at all, smooth with some bitterness, citrusy but otherwise not great.

An old bottle from "The Captain" Clear orangie beer with small light colored head. Light oxidative nose, faint maltyness and fruity accents turnig over to hints of mandarines and citrus. Taste is light citrussie and flat. Beer is smooth and dry, in the taste the beer is also light oxidative and has this fruityness that end with a dry bitter touch. Thanks Dick for this beer.
