[2513-20091002] Cask. Plastic burnt grains aroma. Hazy, amber brown body with a quick off-white bubbles. More plastic creamy toasted bread in the flavour. Medium body. Not wonderful.

Cask at C’est What’s ’Fall Festival of Craft Breweries’. Pours a murky red-brown with no head. Very mild aroma, practically nothing, got some malt and that’s about it. Flavour: Not liking this, it’s watery, the finish is meh and along with the sweet malt, there’s something in there I don’t care for. Average bodied. Not good.

Cask. At 2009 C’est What Fall festival. Hazy brown-amber with a small frothy off-white head. Smells like sweaty feet - sour, pungent, unpleasant. Tasted okay - roast coffee beans, quite nutty, not too sweet, but a hint of sourness for all that. Watery, still, slightly astringent mouthfeel, and a sour, dry unpleasant aftertaste - not good, not good at all.

Flavor/Palate : mid light feel. Brown character with mineral top , light bitterness on sides. Ordinary brew.

Cask at C’est What. Cloudy medium brown with a bubbly head. Some lace follows. Decent aroma. Drinkable, average mouthfeel for a cask. Nothing special.

2009-10-01. Murky brown body, headless. Muddled aroma, light malts, kiss of fruity notes. Flavour is muted, sweet malt, light bitterness, bit odd. Average palate is nearly flat. Meh. Disappointing. Cask at C’est What
