2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Papsoe (23023) - Frederiksberg, - MAR 19, 2005
UPDATED: FEB 11, 2008 (Bottle 33,5 cl) McCashin’s, a small and proundly independent brewery situated in the middle of the hop growing area in NZ around Nelson. Pale golden, with quite a decent head. Fairly classical lager type with a nice hop-bite. Surprisingly full body considering the low alcohol. 270603
(On tap) Courtesy of yalnikim. Clear, pale golden with a small, white head. Lightly sweet, malty nose. Medium body with notes of malt, brewing cereal and fruit. Dry finish. In the better end of NZ Pale Lagers, yet still just a Pale Lager though. 4/2/4/2/8=2.0 310108

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 BeerViking (1056) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2012
Rip-top 330ml bottle from Bierpost, as golden as its name, with a clingy white head and a malty aroma with light touches of honey and biscuit. Smooth lightly biscuity body, with caramel in the mid-body, a little bitterness and a sweet yet lightly dry finish. A bit dull, but inoffensive. Would be easy drinking if it was less gassy!
2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 deusax (366) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - FEB 3, 2012

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Grima (1574) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - JAN 24, 2012
The beer in the glass is crystal clear and golden yellow. The head is fine pored and disappears quickly. It smells malty-sweet, slightly metallic and hoppy-bitter. Starts malty and sour, seems somewhat artificial. Some metallic bitterhops are noticeable. The finish is chemically, sweet, slightly metallic, nearly no hop aroma!
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 omega (221) - NEW ZEALAND - JAN 8, 2012
A beer for drinking. Not overly carbonated and quite soft on the palate. Taste however is not too challenging so very easy to knock them back in quick succession.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Sizzler80 (143) - Dublin, IRELAND - NOV 23, 2011
A very attractive looking drop with a nice golden hue and medium white head. The initial sips are refreshing with faint fruity notes, mainly ccitrus/lemon. As the beer goes down it loses a little of that zing for me. Would be a pretty decent session beer. I really like the appearance of the bottle.
