33cl bottle pours a totally clear, bright gold with a thin, cloudy white head. Nose is alright, smells a little rotten, lightly herbal, light lemon. Flavor is malty, lightly herbal, corn. Weak finish.

Transparent gold, thin white wispy surface head. Really husky lemon-cracker nose. Creamy milk/cracker flavor, light hop bitterness in the finish. Pleasant, balanced, nice stuff, if a bit straightforward.

33cl bottle, thanks tarheels86. Small off-white head atop clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, grassy, some dough/bread. Taste is medium sweet, grass, bread. Soft light body.

Nice doughy malt nose, light honey and some grassy hops. The taste is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. The hops are fresh cut grass and flowers, and a touch of lemon. The malts are a bit squishy and out of place in a pils, should crisp and cracker like whereas these are more pale ale like, but it still works. Very nice beer.

Bottle courtesy of tarheels86, thank you sir! Pale yellow color. Aroma of malt and black pepper. Taste is bitter start to finish, decent body, maybe a slight sourness in the finish. Interesting.

330mL. Pours a clear straw with a giant, white, rocky head with massive sheety lace. Aroma is grassy hops, lemon, fresh flowers, tropical notes from the Nelson Sauvin, lilac. Taste is just a bit too doughy and grainy for a pils but is rich, fresh, fairly sharp, moving to full nutty to tree sappy bitter. Dry palate.

Mainstream goes craft with Macís Hoprocker. It pours with a fluffy, rocky head that hangs around. Thereís tropical fruit, coarse grass and herbaceousness on the nose. It looks like a pilsner ought to, but the divergence is the mass of hop flavours and light maltiness. Hops, hops, hops, hops. You never see this many hops being used in something with a mainstream label and there have been occasions where I have had a couple and drifted off to sleep from the sophorific effect of the hops. It really is one of the most pleasant feelings you can have with your clothes on.

great aroma of citrus and pine, pours clear golden straw with a lovely frothy bright white head, strong taste of fruity passionfruit/peach, with a kick of bitterness at the end, not enough sweetness and body to back it up. overall feels like a lager trying to be a hoppy pale ale, and while i enjoyed the beer i would much rather have a pale ale to be honest.
